What we keep, and why.

Google account. We store your email, name and profile photo so you can sign in. If you connect Google Calendar we store an access token and refresh token, used only to list events around the current time. We never write to your calendar.

Meetings. When you send a stand-in we store the meeting title, join link, the message you chose, and the MeetStream bot id so we can show status and remove the bot when you arrive.

Selfie. Optional. Stored with that session only, for a future avatar feature. You can skip it.

Disclosure. Your stand-in always says it is an AI when asked, and is instructed never to commit you to decisions.

Deletion. Email sidhdharth@meetstream.ai and we will delete your account and sessions.
